It’s been just over a month since I have been associated with Chipsy IT Services Pvt. Ltd. But I am compelled to share my thoughts here on the peppy, cheerful, productive life of Chipsy
employees.
Thanks to our CEO Shambhavi mam and MD Sandeep sir for they are very much in sync with the adage “ Work while you work and Play while you play”.
Nothing keeps you waiting at Chipsy. When you deliver quality work, your work is recognized immediately. The post here on linkedIn says it all.
And if you get lazy, be assured to answer the stern follow ups from your boss.
Amidst all this one can see how much fun and frolic is lit up in the office during festive occasions. The employees enjoy following a dress code, wearing traditional attires , binge on festive foods,have photo sessions etc.
