Scope of project
Hook Heart will match you with the user and if both of you like each other, you can start chatting on Hook Heart to explore and learn more about each other. Users of the app are presented with potential dates made up of suggestions from their friend’s social networks and other people using the service from the surrounding locale. After viewing a profile the user can either swipe left, dismissing the potential partner, or swipe right, suggesting interest in starting a conversation with the person. If the other person also swipes right on that user during their time using the app, the two people are “matched” where they can start a dialog, coordinate a date, etc.

Hook Heart is all about real time matchmaking. Hook Heart works with a geolocation which some might find a little uneasy, however the concept of the app brings reality back into online dating making this experience an adventure, filling your network with connections through serendipity rather than random selections. Hook Heart ensures complete user privacy and data security. All profiles are verified to avoid any bots or fake profiles. Spam messaging and bullying is filtered out as you can only chat with users who like you back. Hook Heart is all about convenience and faster relationships. The app allows you to sign-up swiftly using your Facebook / Instagram ID or using your phone number so that you can start finding your match instantly. The app acts like a virtual matchmaker that will help you find true friends and even the love of your life who might just be waiting around the corner. Making a choice is as easy as swiping right or left. Swipe right to like someone and swipe left to dislike and swipe up to super like.
