Scope of project

Clients had earlier mobile applications with slow processing and a lot of issues. They wanted to improve the quality of the app and admin panel as well. We come up with new solutions and methods to implement the same. The user experience of the existing system was very bad so wanted the system in such a way that anyone can use the system easily.

Solution defined

In this era of fast urbanisation and technology advancement, generation Z+ demands for convenient and smarter domestic services.
We were focused on enhancing the business with well-planned strategies and the right marketing methods. Dry-cleaning and Laundry service providers should get digitised to serve customers in a smarter way. Proposed an application with QR code scan at the initial level so that users can easily place the order into the locker and Dhobi can process with further action through dhobi locker pro app.

Outcome of proposed solution

Chipsy developed an application which makes an availing Dry-clean and laundry services in Bangalore and UK. Customers can login to the system through mobile number or any social logins and set a 4-digit PIN. Users need to scan the QR code which is installed in the building and then place an order. Dropped order will be processed by dhobi/Franchise through dhobi locker -pro app and back into the locker by setting a PIN. Once after payment the user can take the order with the completed process. All these actions can be controlled by the admin system.
